This fantastic operation is recruiting now…:

MacLeod House
This restaurant is open all year round and located within MacLeod House & Lodge which provides 16 bedroom luxury bed and breakfast accommodation.
This is a 24 (max) seater restaurant with an additional bar area for up to 12 which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
Food is high quality freshly produced local produce closer to modern fine dining food. We have no ratings as yet (only opened Oct 2013).

Trump Golf House Restaurant
Open during the golf season 1 April to 14 November
55 seater gastro pub style restaurant. Very busy requiring fast service during height of season.
Food served is fish & chips, burgers, club sandwiches, hotdogs etc – catered to golfers. All is freshly prepared on site.

The Head Chef role will have operational oversight for MacLeod House restaurant and the Golf House restaurant and outdoor grill (bbq – burgers, hotdog, chicken serving as a halfway house) during the season, this is a hands on position which involves cooking in either kitchen as required, dealing with food orders and suppliers, setting menus, kitchen health and safety. This role works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Guest Services Manager and reports directly to the Executive Vice President/GM of the property.

The Sous Chef role will have day to day responsibility for the running and smooth operation of the MacLeod House kitchen and work closely with and support the Head Chef with managing the kitchen team, training and H&S.

Head Chef – £32-40K depending on experience
Sous Chef – £24-26K depending on experience

We are also currently recruiting for Trump Scotland for the following positions as they near the beginning of the season and reopening of the Golf House restaurant on 1 April 2014:

Permanent: (MacLeod House)
Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous – £18-22K depending on role & experience

Seasonal: (Golf House end March to end Oct/mid Nov)
Sous / Senior Sous – £24-26K
Junior Sous – £20-22K
2 x CDP – £16-19K
BBQ grill Chef – £15-17K
Breakfast/Prep Chef – £15-17K
